BAIC Motor Sales Co., Ltd. launched a tender for the call center intelligent outbound call system in December 2019. 7RUNTO stood out from several candidates and became the final technical service provider by virtue of its technical strength. The project was successfully launched in January 2020. Based on good pre-project communication, the whole project progressed steadily even during the epidemic period. The team quickly solved every detail problem through high-frequency online meetings, and conducted massive tests before the official business application of the project, with continuous optimization to achieve better results. It has improved the work efficiency of BAIC's customer service department, enhanced customer stickiness and played an auxiliary role in demand exploration.
