1. How We Use the Information Provided by Customers
The information provided by customers refers to the user information obtained through the technical means of establishing a data channel with customers and conducting cooperation through legal and compliant procedures. We shall protect the user information provided by customers from disclosure and abuse during the business process.
Sensitive user information refers to information that may endanger the relevant rights and interests of customers in case of disclosure, illegal provision or abuse.
7RUNTO will only use the customer's information for the following purposes as stated in this policy:
Core Business Functions Involving the Use of Customer Information
(1) Providing online and voice assistance services for customersWhen users access the system for consultation and inquiry, 7RUNTO may obtain the following information through its business partners in the provision of such services: name, address and contact information, which are used to query the user's relevant order information.
In addition, during the provision of consulting services for users, if telephone communication is involved, we may record the call content to avoid potential disputes.

2. How We Protect Customer Information Security
7RUNTO has formulated a data security management mechanism and adopted security protection measures in terms of personal information management (formulating information security system and regulations, signing confidentiality agreements with employees, carrying out data security and privacy protection training, and conducting regular compliance self-evaluation) and technology (desensitization of sensitive information display, anonymization processing, log audit) to strive to protect customer information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, damage, loss and other forms of illegal processing. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Therefore, although we protect customer information through commercially acceptable means, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information.
